My personal training experience began when I started taking Olivia to the gym with me. In 9 months, I was able to help her lose 60 pounds, and for the first time, I put on 25 lbs of muscle.
I ended up being obsessed with the human body and its ability to transform based on specific training and nutrition protocols. I’ve spent countless hours researching biomechanics, mind muscle activation, program design, and nutrition. I have been fortunate enough to develop relationships with massively successful mentors and physical therapists that are considered experts in their field. I’ve discovered the pit falls and plateaus that most people experience when trying to achieve a strong, lean, chiseled physique and I’ve found real solutions in order to help anyone build the best version of themselves. I was always researching new ways to help Olivia break plateaus, and build a toned feminine physique that wasn’t too muscular. I also was constantly researching new ways to help myself break my own plateau’s in order to build a strong, lean, chiseled physique from top to bottom. In 9 months she went from 205 lbs to 145lbs, and I went from 115lbs to 140lbs.
We both are now full time master trainers, capable of helping men and women everywhere get into even better shape. Since becoming NASM certified personal trainers and nutritionists, we’ve been fortunate enough to help hundreds of people of every age and body type transform not only their bodies… but their minds, spirits, and emotions. One thing I’ve learned as a master trainer is that it all starts from the mental aspect of change. Every day we are absorbing personal development, fitness, and nutrition knowledge that will help us to be able to better assist the people we come in touch with. One of the main areas we focus on with our clients, is encouraging them to strengthen their minds, because you are only as strong as your strongest thought.
Hi! My name is Olivia Beard and I’m a NASM certified personal trainer & nutritionist. My fitness journey began about 5 years ago, after having my son. I gained a substantial amount of weight during my pregnancy, and was at my heaviest weight ever. Not only was I overweight, I had an extremely unhealthy relationship with food, no knowledge of how to properly workout, and just all around lived an unhealthy lifestyle. Being a new mom, I knew something needed to change.
When I met Aaron, he took notice of my unhealthy habits and encouraged me to start living a healthier lifestyle. We got a gym membership and quickly committed to working out 5-6 days a week. Aaron coached me through my workouts and constantly found new ways to challenge me. I did my part at home by buying healthy groceries and meal prepping all my meals. I realized commitment was everything, and within 9 months, I was 60 lbs. down.
After watching myself transform so quickly, I decided I wanted to help others do the same. I was amazed at how much better I not only looked, but FELT. My self-confidence skyrocketed and allowed me to excel in every aspect of my life. My energy levels were at an all-time high, and for the first time in my life, I developed a healthy relationship with food. I learned ways to make healthy food taste good, and became obsessed with creating new and exciting recipes. I finally felt I had a purpose in life, and wanted to share my passion with others.
Since becoming NASM certified in training and nutrition, I have become incredibly passionate about helping others get results. I spend all my time researching how to get my clients past the physical and mental plateaus that most people face. Through my own research as well as my own experience, I have discovered how to perfectly build a toned, feminine physique, that every woman is looking for. While my client base is diverse, I specialize in helping women become the best versions of themselves, through helping them regain control of their physical health, shake off stress eating, and uncover their sexiness and confidence within.
